Bert Lewis meeting room, located on level one of Box Hill Library, features a separate entrance for after-hours access. It is our largest meeting room available for hire, equipped with a kitchen, and is the perfect space to hold large presentations or small workshops. Meeting room users MUST hold a Whitehorse Manningham Library membership. Please register if you are currently not a member. Users will also need to have a current Public Liability Insurance and provide a Certificate of Currency upon application.

SCHEDULE OF FEES (effective 1st July 2025) 

Commercial Organisations

• Standard Booking: $120 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $60 per hour

Not-for-profit 

• Standard Booking: $60 for the first 2 hours
• Additional Hours: $30 per hour

The above prices include GST.
