All Whitehorse Manningham Libraries are now open. 

As per the Victorian Government COVIDSafe settings, libraries are now open but some conditions apply

What library services are available?

Public Library access to: 

What are the conditions of entry?

  • Do not visit if you have been unwell or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID case 
  • Check in using the Service Victoria App on arrival 
  • Abide by social distancing guidelines (face masks are recommended if social distancing cannot be maintained) 
  • No eating or drinking 
  • Use hand sanitiser on arrival  
  • Bookings not required for general access but essential for all library programs
  • Visitor numbers are limited in accordance with branch size
