All Whitehorse Manningham libraries are now open but opening hours and services may be subject to change at short notice due to the current situation.

What are the conditions of entry? 

Your safety, and the safety of our staff, is our number one priority. All staff at our libraries meet the Victorian Chief Health Officer Vaccinated Worker Directions. 
Conditions of entry for visitors include:

  • provide proof of COVID-19 double vaccination or a signed medical exemption (all visitors 18 years or over)
  • check-in using the Service Victoria app
  • masks are mandatory indoors for people aged eight and over (unless a medical exemption applies) 
  • do not visit if you have been unwell or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID case
  • abide by social distancing guidelines
  • use hand sanitiser on arrival

What if I am unable to meet the conditions of entry?

Contactless Click and Collection services can be arranged (vaccination status confirmation not required). Home delivery for vulnerable/self isolating members of our community who live in the cities of Whitehorse or Manningham. We encourage you to discuss available options by calling your local branch. 

How do I arrange Click and Collect?

When you have received notification that your reservations are available for collection, call your local branch to arrange collection time.
